Policies
No returns or exchanges on mystery boxes. All other items can be exchanged for equal or lesser value, shipping at customers expense for return label.
Once any shipments leave Raspberry Phoenix and are now in the hands of shipping company, customer is expected to contact the Shipping company with any questions and concerns, UNLESS extra insurance is paid for by the customer.
C.O.D should NEVER happen for national shipments, should they ever try to charge you make sure to ask the post office!
